Summary: The staff at both the lodge and restaurant are OUTSTANDING. The logde itself is in real need of repairs. Our first room was under the restaurant/bar, DO NOT ACCEPT this loud room. Music begins at 6:30am, the restaurant doesn't stop serving until 9pm. We were moved to a cabin with a much better noise level. Things are just falling apart, door lock broke, coffee pot broke, the shower head was horrible. It wasn't a terrible stay, if the San Ignacio hotel is available I would recommend that choice.
